I'm curious how many people here are suffering from lockdowns.

I for one enjoy them (Not the economical side of them) specifically being at home all the time. I've never been happier. I don't have to go into a workplace, to listen to people talking all day when I'm trying to think. I get all day to think to my self. It's honestly cured my depression. I'm depressed when I'm forced to socialise. I'm happy when I get to be on my own whenever I want, and socialise when ever I want.

How do you feel about lockdown on a personal level?

I worked from home so that hasn't changed but I can't go to my favorite restaurants, and I can't go out with my friends so that sucks.

I must admit I do quite enjoy the lockdown as well; it fits in quite well with how I work anyway, seeing as I am a bit of a recluse and prefer working at home from the computer rather than going out to see clients etc. So the lockdown supports that cause!! I do however miss some things as well - miss being able to go and see my family (Who live down South) and also miss going to martial arts classes (This accounted for about 10 hours per week of my time prior to lockdown).

Don't make much difference to me. I was in a home - work - groceries - home cycle long before it became forced. Now it's just being unemployed so not much has changed. The good thing is I can take kids to the playpark and most of the time no one else is there so I don't have to chat with other parents. :) I guess when I have to return to work it will start to annoy me with the mask, but that is a problem for later. If I ever start making serious online money, I'll probably turn into a hermit.

It is better as streets are almost empty.. I do not obey lockdown so it is the same for me for that part.. Shitty weather forcing me to be indoors not the "lockdown"..

No.
It is killing people mentally.
And in Asian countries, 5 people live in a 15*10 feet room

No, I actually don't enjoy it particularly.

Of the last lockdown, I did for the first week or two, but the hardest part is not going out for a meal, the pub, seeing friends, etc. Gets to me eventually.

You say it's killing people mentally. Most likely it's extroverts that it's killing mentally because they need socialising to be happy.

Introverts need to be alone for a long part of the day to be happy. My depression has vanished since lockdown started, I'm the happiest man on the planet right now. Ending lock down and going back to a socialising society kills people too. We have built a society where more than likely you are forced to socialise for money to survive. Right now, your being forced to isolate to survive.

Extroverts have to cope with this for a year, introverts have to cope with the extroverts way of life their entire lives.

lockdown is fine as long your are not alone. lol.
well the impact on the economy is not that fun thought.

Lockdown has made me appreciate what I have in my life a lot more.

I am also enjoying the slower pace of life now that my daily commute to work has stopped.

I try to force myself to like it and discipline myself but it is HARD AS HELL!!!

I absolutely need to go out to separate my work time/ free time chilling at home as I mix things and I am not productive, so for me it's a big no for the moment.

I was also always more like a social guy before but it changed me a lot I guess..

You know when you see the dog of your grandmother who is always happy to see you and jump on you to say hello ?

It's my style to do that too :D

But I feel it's an adaptation time for everybody where we must learn to switch more between our tasks/free time and optimise that.

Nonetheless, I am happy for everybody that could take advantage of the situation.

Honestly; I really enjoy being at home. I truly understood this better with Covid situation. It helped me a lot to learn and grow/focus my online projects. Also helped me to connect with my family more.

But on the other hand, there are 2 major downsides for me:
I became a physically lazy person; I don't exercise much and I started to order almost everything online, coming to my door.
I miss a bit of social stuff like night-outs (once or twice a month would be enough) and to enjoy eating in a good restaurant time to time.
