yeah, it's a normal feeling if you are self-conscious and try to improve yourself. We all make mistakes and try our best to correct them.

just yesterday.
When i was a student, i went to a club and met there a student girl from my university. I was super drunk and i was yelling that she is SO FAT.
After that all her friends started hating me.
When i remembered that yesterday i was like

Yea sometimes. But obviously at the time you’re only acting based on your current knowledge. As you get older you change and learn and you’re ultimately a different person.
