LOL.. A lot of Filipinos in here. I'm down with that blackhat forum for Pinoys. A suggestion though, make it as awesome as BHW complete with the redirect and making links unreadable for search engine bots.
I just ran across this thread and yeah, Filipinos hijacked this too but in a good way. Here's what I think a community of Filipino blackhatters: We (Yup! I'm a full-blooded Pinoy, Go Manny! LOL) could partner with the great people here in BHW to kick arse across the Interwebs. For example, Lew here looks like he earned some quick bucks by partnering with a Pinoy to post on CL.ph. With an organized community, we can take this a step further.
And while we're at it, why don't other people from different countries organize a group too? Say a group of Indian BHWers can collaborate with Filipino BHWers. I'm sure there are a lot of things we can do with that. BHWers from the States for example can target traffic from the Philippines by asking the Filipino group for help. Things like that.

Filipian here too.wow dami nga filipino dito. Im pretty shocked at how many blackhatters are secretly lingering the streets of manila.

Anyway, sir erascal has a point. If noobs have a place in BHW why not on PBH? Noobs can help too right?

the activation email for the pinoyBH forum is not arriving. Kindly fix the issue please. Maybe you can configure the mailing system for the forum to relay the email and use gmail smtp instead of its own smtp, at least pag signed ng gmail yung email na dumarating lesser yung chances na mafilter sya sa mga filters. pm me if you need help doing this on the forum.
