If you live in one of the states above and have a library card number that I can borrow, please let me know. If I can access the content I am looking for, I'll be glad to reward you with some funds or something very beneficial.

If you live in another state and would like the same offer, let me know the city/state or at least the state you are in so that I can determine if your library has the content listed online.

PS - I am not doing anything illegal. I'm just accessing content this us in other states can not access since we are not members of the library.

I just tried a San Diego, CA library card and it did not work.

Any other takers?

If I get one working as I need it to, I can send you $100 or an Apple gift card.

No, that isn't what I am after. Most libraries do provide access to it though including mine.

Kentucky will not work either.

Any others out there?
