Yeah, and it only cost the guy $45 to file it through small claims court. I'll bet it costed Google 100000x that to send their lawyer to court. Classic.

Since I posted that video on viemo and emailed it to the legal dept over at Google, my search results suddenly no longer have the "This site may be compromised" tag. So I take it they listened and took my threat seriously. Very wise choice.

Now it's time to rid myself of that cesspool called GooTube and concentrate on my own video site and viemo. I'm making more per day using AdBright on my MoonTube site than AdSense could ever pay me for using that shithole YouTube. Probably because I'm getting better quality traffic. But I can always use more.
