Where can I actually get the ffap thingy? I really need it now. Hope you guys can help me thanks.
There's no way to really avoid this, but I've had the best results with scraping friends of friends and adding that way.
FFAP is not really a 'thingy'. Not worth the time or money unless you're really prepared to drop a few grand in facebook marketing.

What do you mean by drop a few grand? In terms of proxies and accounts?

This is simple, and I figured out the solution.
Install this FB Application:
Then you can see ALL the pending friend requests, go through them and cancel the ones who haven't accepted you for a long time manually. This means open their user page and cancel pending friend request.
This way FB allows you to add friends again and won't give you the "personally" crap as much.
It reduced that question for me by about 90% for all friend requests.
IMPORTANT: Remember to REMOVE the application once you've finished with it because it starts to conflict and auto remove your real friends, or it starts canceling ALL your pending requests. So use it quickly, then remove the app.

Ffap has an option to cancel pending requests so I'll use that before invite more.
