Last month i come across a site for you to promote your brand or product via other people's twitter and facebook account but i cant remember the website address. Do you know what is the website name?

Its like this:
- You promote your twitter account and publish the number of followers and other account details.
- You put your bid/price for advertiser to advertise to your followers
- Advertiser will choose which twitter account that suits them best and based on their budget.
- And the promotion begins.
