Do you know how to get to real estate agents?

Hey,

So I have a product that I want to sell to real estate agents and it actually works. I managed to sell few copies but I want to scale this up.

Do you know how to get to real estate agents? I tried fb ads but I got few leads and it's kind of expensive.
I bought some email list from fiverr and I got few registrations but I think the email list is bad. I got a lot of bounces and a lot of emails went to spam.

So my question is, how to get to them? Is there any person who can send emails to inbox? Is there any way to get to scraped but vailid emails?

Anyone who contributes to this theme I'll give some %

Threads like these make me wonder just how much people lack imagination. Try searching Google for estate agents and compile a list. Alternatively hire a VA to do it for you.
 
Scrape for estate websites, scrape the email addresses and mail them.

But I should do it the old fashion way, set up a website, call and mail them.
 
i've scrapped real estate websites, usually these websites have for each property a agent, each agent belongs to a agency so its always advertised the website of the agency, the agency usually has a page with the emails of the agents so these are the contacts you are looking for. The emails on the agency website usually are the best, most genuine and less probable to be aged.

I need to send a lot of emails to actually get 200 attendees. So basically I have to scrape huge directories. Now the problem is in email delivery. How to deliver to inbox if I don't have opt-in list?

It's not about imagination, it's about possibilities. I tried with bought lists, I tried some scraping etc. but when I need to send email to non opt-in list I found out it's very difficult to get to inbox.
Most of these emails go to spam.

Also I've tried with FB ads but most of these people who register don't show up.
For example I had 61 registered users but only 9 of them attended. When I did direct email campaign I had 30 registered users and 18 attendees. So actually it's better to do email campaigns but after 2 or three times a lot of emails are flagged as spam. Maybe you have some other solution?

Do you have some suggestions where can I get valid email lists?

Do you have any of those lists now?
By the way what is the best software for scraping, ScrapeBox maybe?
 
You can email them directly through zillow. Just put in a zip code or city, click on a property, and you can email three at a time.

Thank you, but actually I have to invite them to webinar first and to get a decent number of attendees I have to email/contact a lot of agents.
I am pretty sure that is not possible through zillow. Email campaign is the best solution but I don't know how to get good inbox rate.

Can you send me in PM any good website except zillow where I can scrape agents emails?

Do the same job last week - find email from real estate agents.

And i must say you need more emails and more quality. Some managing director have 72-80 years old - so i think they did not read you letter.

This is manually work, use software only for scrape relevant website.

Also, target them on Twitter and Instagram.

Forget email, get them involved early on.

Set up webinars and pump attention, ONCE you have their attention on social media.

Just wanting to email them and hoping they will become enamoured with your product is old school. Many real estate agents are tech savvy, so they are also wary of unsolicited offers.

Hell, go old school and host a talk at a local Realtors monthly meeting(they have them) and BAM, 100+ people, captive audience. Present the problem, present your solution, talk about other attempts to solve the problem that have failed.
Get them talking,any are connected to each other, across the country/world, and talk on forums and such. Get some talking and they will bring free referrals.

Up your price and offer an affiliate program, let others promote it. PPL. Hell, pay per sale and offer 10%.

Get creative, don't just hang your head on the spam filter over and over and hope for better results. Get them engaged and get your sales.

I don't have any LinkedIn strategy, maybe I could collect leads there. Good idea.
It's not that I am not creative, I am trying everything. I tested a lot of things but at the end I always come back to the start - EMAIL.

I am not trying to get them interested in my product with first email. I just need them to sign up for a webinar. I'll try to approach them with some LinkedIn strategy and I'll continue with email campaigns. As I can see that's still #1

Most of my registrants and customers also came via email marketing so I am trying to get some suggestions and ideas regarding the scraping and inboxing.

go to trulia, browse through estates, collect phones and emails of agents
thats it!
