Do you know how much are you earning? I wasn't

Just a quick poll, do you have any system for tracking profits and expenses?

I realized that after I started to diversificate my earning, i did not have a clear idea of how much I was earning, where I was loosing money.

From this year, I started to track everything with an excel, but I was wondering, what do you do?

Remember that you can improve only what you track!

I'm tracking everything, both in business as well as my personal finances.
How else are you able to plan ahead if you don't know how much you're making?

yeah i want to change what I do because it's not the most efficient but.. I have a google sheets of how much money I have in each place:
cash
paypal
bank1
bank2

and SUM(A1:A4) gives me all money I have. I update this spreadsheet every 1 week approx

I live comfortably if that sum is above certain amount. above that amount, I go to restaurants and get drunk outside. below that amount, I kinda take care. if I'm way above that amount I rent a nice house in my next destination (I'm nomading every 3-4 months)

Yes I know exactly how much I'm earning and spending, down to the cent.

I earn millions and even billions... of certain currencies
