Do you know any Panel Twitter software?

I'm tired of adding accounts one by one. Is there any software that I can control with the panel system? If possible, avoid working with a web browser, it is slow when working with the web.

Do you mean to manage multiple twitter accounts?

'Panel' on BHW would mean where you can buy likes, follows etc

I use twitterdub to manage multiple accounts. They are other options susocial etc, which I haven't tried
)

also of note, twitter-dub is sold on bhw - just search for it.
