Do you know any free shorten url website?

I need a services that works with cpa links. Bitly, tinyurl and such websites hate cpa link. I found Kutt.it that does not have problems with these links but it is always offline. Bit.do is always offline too

I dont want to create a domain with my own shorten website because I need it something anonymous for search engines. If i redirect all my links to a unique website my strategie could fail. Thanks

Why don't you setup your own shorten url? There are plenty of good scripts on the market like codecanyon where you can buy and self host such script.

What @tophi said, I can only suggest rebrandly.com, it is free, requires almost no setup/work from your side and is super easy to use!
You will just need to get a domain. Free ones don't work with that service! (cf tk ml...)
