Do you know a script that can download online videos without JavaScript?

I want to make a online video downloader website that supports at least the following sites: Youtube, Facebook, dalymotion, vimeo, etc.
Do you know a script that can do this?
I don`t want to use a script that requires javascript, only as last option.
I also prefer free and not so expensive stuff
