I have a page that is not indexed. I 301 redirected it to a page that is indexed. Does it help to index the 301 (the non index page) ?

301s can help with ranking the new page but won’t do much for getting the old page indexed. Best bet is to improve the content and backlinks of the new one

just focus on the new page. Improve content quality for the new page. and do some backlinks to your new page. also give some internal links to your new page from your site's other pages.

No, Google won't index a 301-redirected page; it will only index the destination page.

No, a 301 redirect won’t force indexing of the non-indexed page. Google may crawl it but won’t index it separately.
