I’ve faced this too recently. Sometimes accounts stop spending due to trust or payment issues. Try changing ad creatives, pixel, or card, and gradually increase spending again.

I am also facing the same situation, I tried creating small budget engagement campaigns and light service campaigns. after a few hours they start spending, but very slowly. however after a few days everything will be fine

Usually, giving them a short rest (24–48h), checking payment method consistency, and maintaining stable IP usage helps restore spending.

“No spend” is usually not a system error, but rather a low trust or soft flag. Check your billing, payment methods, and spend history — Facebook will block your money if it feels high risk.

Sometimes simply duplicating the campaign with minor tweaks or slightly broader audiences jumpstarts spending faster without risking the account.

This has been a bug of FB for the past 3 months. In the first months, not many accounts were affected, but it is getting worse
To provide uninterrupted service, we usually warm up for 3-5 days to see if the account is working normally. You can try it

Try adjusting your spending budget and new creatives. If the accounts are being rented from a SMM panel you can ask them to be replaced. Other than these you cannot do anything else I'm afraid.
Try adding a new payment card and a new campaign with a small budget, my friend.

Most of the accounts recently have this problem, the only way is to warm them up and try to prepay 1-2$ then keep the warm up ad for a few days, usually about 2-3 days it can start to consume gradually

with accounts don't spending, I think you should warm up by some bait camps within 5-7 days, set limit ~ $10 and wait until it start spending

This problem has just returned in the last 1-2 weeks. I think this is a bug that Facebook has not yet fixed. I also have a few accounts that have this problem, but the usual methods do not help.

First, change the main card, then change an old fanpage and create a bait campaign first, wait for it to spend then create other campaigns, so the account will be very healthy and can spend well every day, note to change the new profile to the campaign
