I would spend massive amount of time in dancing & get tired a lot. I can realize, it's not magic. It's also not "natural talent." IMO, Each dancers get good by doing lots of things differently. I won't excuse myself that why I can't practice.
I would move up to gain some momentum in my dance practice. Of course you'll need to do high-quality practice, not mindless practice. Most of the dancers won't do it. But I do
Also, I would use both a mirror and video regularly in practice. I dare you guys to try this every week for a month, then come & tell me you failed. Fail, I mean. It will be a raging success, and you'll wish you'd gotten over yourself earlier
I would analyze myself on video. It may pain you at first, but the cringing doesn't last for long right ? Okay, I will always ignore the haters. If everyone likes you, you're probably boring.
