Nope too expansive to build portfolio around it, limited usage. It will come down though, like .app and .io did.

It has not picked up yet. But I can see good demand especially in AI related startups.

I don't think it will come down as app or io
since this the starting phase of the AI trend will stay few more years

They started charging for 2 years straight i have few in my portfolio but still it was way to expensive. They are banking on this ai hype too much. And .ai is for some country called Anguilla.
