Do you have Afternoon nap?

I used to take a nap after lunch for 20-30 minutes. But then I don't do it anymore. Because of work I guess.
Actually sometimes I never take nap. For an example I happen going out in the afternoon or got things need to do thus cannot nap but one thing I noticed , I tend will a bit go to sleep soundly fast if I never take nap.

Lol what the hell. Is quora a joke?

I thought only I had that experience of 100 hours a week. Looks like it's more common than I thought.

@RoiBox knows it's a way to nowhere!

Just yesterday I watched a video of a local millionaire I followed for a while.

He broke down and since 2 years is depressed. All his firms are ran by his remote teams.

He's just sleeping in bed all day.

That happened to me as well.

I worked 100 hours a week on my fake-openAI venture and I got $0 off that.

I lost it all. 2 years of suffering which I had to take multiple meds and therapies for.

Here in Kielce, Poland every other dude says they work 12 - 16 hours a day. Interesting, isn't it!

Ditch the 100 hour work week!

They say we're in the age of liberation. Hah

We're only free in our minds but everyone is like "when the shift ends... I'm tired".
I don't know here in Singapore. Elderly claim they love to work even reach their retirement age but is more like they wanna pass time instead facing 4 walls inside their house. Some is really don't have much savings etc so no choice have to work despite already old. To be honest yea , in Western side at least elderly knows how to enjoy retirement but Asia is kinda " mix " I do see elderly from China also enjoy retirement. FYI now a days Young China folks don't have this mindset anymore work till dead. I feel is generation difference. Partly our parents days they don't have this thing call " Internet " , which we are currently in , using it. Communicate wise is advance we can chit chat with others people from different part of the worlds just like now we are doing. Likewise come Business , we can earn money in our comfort of our home via online. I see the future in fact Corporations don't need much workers for sure with AI and Robots getting more advance.

Maybe it's helpful, but I already feel like the time in the day is moving too fast, and now I have to sleep.

You're just having more fun as you age. Ask @RoiBox

According to Newton, there is only one universal and all-embracing time - it flows at a uniform rate and is not influenced by anything. It is therefore absolute and objectively the same throughout the universe[3]. Leibniz opposed Newton's theory by maintaining that time is the order of succession of events occurring in the world - without the world (events) there can be no time[4]. George Berkeley also objected that without a mind to perceive motion, the very idea of time becomes a mere illusion.
You see how different events make time feel different? Now you may know why. :p

Time doesn't exist! It's just these pesky events...

A short nap in the mid-afternoon can boost memory, improve job performance, lift your mood, make you more alert, and ease stress.

Curious you all usually go napping? 12pm ? 1pm ? 2pm? or ?
