Do you have Afternoon nap?

Some claim is good, as you feel refresh to carry on the day whereas some claim later at night hard to sleep soundly.
I like napping in the middle of the day, makes getting only 4-6 hours of sleep in my main block a lot easier. Even when I can't fall asleep just closing my eyes and thinking about what I wanna do for the remainder of my day has boosted my productivity

I read that the human body is designed to have two x 4-hour sleeps, vs one 8-hour sleep.

It's called Biphasic sleep.

So yeah either an afternoon nap or splitting the nighttime sleep into 2.
Interesting you tried before ? feel refresh everyday than? Now I go take sleep for 4 hours than.

No. I jusr don't work an office job that sucks life out of my soul, so I don't need any naps.

Regards

Have you checked with a doctor instead of just doing what they said on the internet?

It might make sense in survival situation. But in this case it's just discomfort that's useless.

If it was true, people with sleep problems would wake up and then sleep again, which would make them feel better than those who don't have such a problem.

If you wake up sleepy ar 7 hours, you can just sleep 30 minutes more. It's the only nap that works for me. Sleep more in the morning.

:) I read before how soldier sleep, they got a " trick " to go to sleep fast yet wake up fast.

Definitely. An afternoon power nap makes me really alert and help me focus on my work in the afternoon. In Asia afternoon naps are really popular.

In Asia people die off working too hard. :D

So I would double check on source of inspiration.

Now the US? That's where the capital is.

:) Actually USA and Europe also want people die off working too hard. Is the same for everywhere.

Here in Kielce, Poland every other dude says they work 12 - 16 hours a day. Interesting, isn't it!

Ditch the 100 hour work week!

They say we're in the age of liberation. Hah

We're only free in our minds but everyone is like "when the shift ends... I'm tired".
