Acne is due to a dirty face and bad diet, so just reverse that.

nope , I got clean my face and diet is consider ok not unhealthy die.
I already 43 still got acne man ....suddenly , I don't know maybe due to weather now a days.....every where is freaking dam hot and humid

I doubt that. Did you shut off sugar? Did you shut off gluten? Did you shut off spice? Then, you will see.
Sugar is okay for food/fruit, but should be substitute: sweetener for coffee, or honey for tea.
