Do you guys ever get this message from Payoneer ?

I don't why these idiots what me to connect my Payoneer account to my local bank account which I can't do for certain reasons.I use the debit card to make withdrawals from Payoneer.Any payoneer alternatives I need to know about.Payoneer is getting worse by the minute.In addition why amazon didn't say anything about this.
