Do you do direct linking or build a different landing page for cpa offers? And which one is better way to go?

Depends on the CPA offer. For Email/Zip submit i use direct linking.

I start campaigns by direct linking and throw a certain number of clicks at them (depending on the niche) to see if it converts. If it meets my criteria I then build a LP around it and start sending volume from there.
