If you think you are indexed to slow, then you dont have enough signals from the outside that your content is valuable enough to be crawled more often. Slow depends also on what is natural: If you update several times a day, they will visit you more often. If you are a normal site, it is not relevant for normal content to be indexed in an hour or so - you wanting it to happen much quicker is rather an indication for google to have a closer look at your site for 'unatural' reason.
