Do you gouys know websites who pay for each subscriber?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for websites who pay for each subscriber for free.
I earned quite a lot with ciao.co.uk that pays 50 cents for anyone who subscribes and writes an opinion about a product.
Not long ago there was an affiliate program that used to pay up to 10 dollars for each subscriber who register to get a mastercard like paypal.
Unfortunately that offer is over and I was wondering do you know any similar website?
