Do you go to gym?

Gym helps in more ways than you will know - get on a routine and start to truly challenge yourself - future you will thank you for it.

Strength (don't have to get huge or anything) is one thing money can't buy. Earn that. Everything else will seem easy, and your mental clarity and confidence will just go through the roof - it's worth it!!!!

They say after you hit 30, each year you're losing 1% of your muscle mass if you're not exercising which makes sense (if you don't use it you lose it), your body is trying to conserver energy by removing the "unnecessary" energy spending in this case muscle making you frail and weak with time. We are evolving for millions of years and the change we are experiencing is so drastic in the past 100 years that our bodies aren't used to, its a blink of an eye in comparison to the evolution time it took us to get here. Our body was made to go and chase that animal down exercise and work for it, slit its throat (sorry vegans) and fuel your body. A lot of people are skipping step one and that's why the 40% of whole USA population is obese. To answer the OP, yes there's tremendous benefit to working out, physical and physical, everyone should do it, if you can walk to the fridge you can exercise everything else is excuse. If you don't want to do it for you, do it for your kids if you have them. *mic drop*

Great question! I've been working out for over 26 years, both at the gym and at home with improvised equipment. It really helps with self-esteem and gives me more energy for work and personal life. I also recommend it for health and aesthetics.

Wish I has more strength for that. Got hip replacement, can only walk around for now.

I'm wondering how many of you go to gym and does it actually help you with your business? or it just a placebo effect?
I do walk not go gym, but walk keep more active, i feel.

Just came from the gym, 150kg squats for 5 reps. huh! tired now. :/

I try to, but feels like I do not have the self-discipline to do it as often as I need to considering I have an office job :(
I find running easier to do

No Gym but do a lot of functional training from home itself. I've found it to be super useful and productive to have a sound mind in a highly functional body.

I did it before to gain weight, I gained weight and gained muscle, when I quit I went back to my old shape. Sports are great for work but you have to be loyal.
I currently eat chips with energy drinks and I am happy with my life

I don’t think my local gym managers need my help, so I don’t.

j/k, I really don’t. I have a roof top gym in my community that I can use for free, but I unfortunately do not have the luxury (read, time) to go there every day.

I do try to walk 10k steps everyday though. It sure does help, atleast mentally.

Yes, I go 5 days a week.

Going to the gym helps you become more disciplined and clear your mind. Without a doubt, the gym will help you in your work and business.

Going to the gym for a few years has taught me that good things take time to build.

I use the home gym X3 bar system.

I would've started going to gyms but I'd had to factor in commute time plus other sweaty noobs racking the weight.

:D

I have periods in which I go multiple times a week. Those periods are rare, however.

Oh absolutely.. one set of squats and suddenly I’m closing million dollar deals. Gains = profits, obviously. hahaha!
