That is the first. Not yet for me.

It's normal if you send too many search queries in short period of time. To slow you down they'll serve you capcha.

this happens when you use an abused/blacklisted ip address to search on Google, it has nothing to do with FL, maybe you forget to switch off your proxy in your browser before searching

i'm perfectly sure, it has nothing to do with FL

It's a new ISP package. I think it's because I am using follow liker to bot on my home ip.

i highly doubt that, because you aren't spamming google wiht followliker, but instagram, the two have no relations
if you switched to a new ISP, that can be a problem, maybe you're sitting on an abused ip/range, try to get a new ip, if it's dynamic, you won't have too many problems, if it's static, you might need to ask your ISP to change it for you, if you can't get a new one with resetting your router

i get it when i use proxies , but i get it when i search on google , not on instagram

Thats why there are proxies you scrape search engines, its either you or someone else scraping google on th same ip over and over again.

there's another thing which just occured to me: maybe i was wrong before when i said that spamming ig has no relations to google, because ig uses google's recaptcha and if you're pushing it hard enough, it can be that you will be getting hit with a lot of captcha requests and if you don't solve those successfully at a good rate whether if it is by using a third party captcha solving service or doing it by hand, that can damage the reputation of the ip you're using, you'll get served with more difficult captchas and maybe it can escalate to a level when the ip gets blacklisted, so you won't be able to use it in google search anymore

it's either this or OP got assigned with an ip/range which was abused by somebody else before (which you also said above)

OP is not using proxies, he is using his home ip, but i think it'd be advised for him to use proxies when botting, at least for the captcha solving process to protect his home ip for getting blacklisted by google
