Do you get db errors visiting BHW?

Recently BHW has been giving me DB errors all the time. It it happening to anyone else?

Yes it has been happening and we are aware of this issue. Its because of the previous DDos attacks on the forum. We are moving to a new host soon so hopefull all will be resolved.

FWIW - I was just on with no problems for 30 minutes or more without a proxy. I went to DL something I figured I better use one for, so I logged onto my (paid) service - Anonymizer. Did the DL, but because I'd switched, I was no longer logged in here. When I tried, I got the error page. Deleted cache & cookies and still got the error page. Closed the browser, restarted with the proxy and got the error page.

Closed the proxy; signed on without a hitch.

Yes, it's a problem for everyone. Be sure to thank the friendly hackers for attacking out server (for no reason) and putting it under a tremendous stress load. Hopefully the new server will alleviate some of the load.

for some reason the last two days I am not able to access bhw without going through a proxy. If I try to lauch my browser and point to bhw I timeout, I also can not ping bhw, but through a proxy I get here...wonder if my ip is on some type of ban....not sure why that would happen though.

@onslaught82 - I'm not sure either. I just checked the banned IP list, and your IP (nor your subnet) were listed.

I am getting some DB errors today and can get in on this box but not the others.

I get a message telling me that I to not have authority to access the server.

We may still have some security measures in place that ban IPs due to too many requests. I'll PM troph and see what's up.
