do you get account linking because of same Admob Account?

Hey guys,
Lately I am getting prior violations, I am using VM proxies and all that stuff.
Do you think I am getting banned because of same admob account?

(I got many apps suspended with admob integrated, but my admob account was never banned)

Do you guys have actual experience on this?

I have experience for banned from invalid click in admob.
