Do you know specialized websites that have great content about "academic" SEO r&d.

I search :
- a jargon glossary ;
- any plan that define key concepts families ;
- bloggers who did tests and revealed their results.
- Anything that will help me see the bigger picture.

I need sources to build a case evaluated by an engineer. If he like it, I could have a budget to do SEO case studies, so any suggestion is welcomed.
