Do you ever use cheap PBN hoster Twice Or more?

Hi! I heard it is absolutely OK to use the same hosting provider 2-3 times for your PBN sites. So, how many of you actually DO use the same hosts 2-3 times for the same PBN without seeing any problems? And if yes, for how long have you been doing so? Thanks
