The defi space looks interesting and im really confused on how to earn. I know about uniswap, compound, curve, aave..... but im confused on which of them to invest abd earn passive token with. Im thinking of curve but then I thought of aave, I'm just confused. Do you earn passive tokens with all defi or what do you do?

Currently I make a bit of money with BlockFi. It's not bad. I just happened to make a few bad trades during the bull run. Already the fees (2%) per trade are taking up a lot. So: If you don't trade and just HODL, it's a great way to make cash. Currently 6% per year for Bitcoin.

6% is quite low. Other APYs I have seen are over 200% but I will check it out

Yield farming is where it's at mate. Research ways of providing liquidity to get the token of platform and then staking that token to get more tokens on another platform.

How about the problem of impermanent loss?

I think staking and/or farming is safest way, but you need some fund to earn good profit.

Nature of the beast. You either want to make 60% APY and risk exposure to impermanent loss, or you want to invest in a crypto without yield farming, definitely don't have impermanent loss, but also don't make 60% yield.
