steemit was easy to make money in 2016 and 2017, its kinda very hard right now because you need to buy upvotes to be able to earn, that wasnt the case in 2017 june when i joined, made some good money especially when SBD went up to $17 last year, but now the in the bear market steem is less than $1 and you need to work so very hard to make something substantial.i still have my account but i rarely visit steemit these days
