I have no idea which to do. Used to do CPA and got a steady 50-150$ a day income, never did PPC.

So basically, should I focus on Adsense or CPA?
Which one do you personally prefer\do?

I started with AdSense until my account has been banned... Now I wish I had started with CPA. So my advice: Be independent and start with several CPA networks.

Anyone else? Which one earns more? I'm planning on 300$ a day :\

Take it easy bud. If your thread is going to have a lot of responses and input you need to let it happen. It's going to take longer than an hour for the conversation to develop (if it even is going to). Now that you bumped your own thread after an hour... well that's just kind of a n00b thing to do. If it's not something people want to discuss, they won't discuss it after you bump it.

It isnt a case of one or the other.

PPC (generally with google adwords or a MSN/yahoo adcenter account) is a method of driving traffic like CPV (PPV), Plenty of fish advertising, facebook advertising and such. These are all paid advertising.

CPA (cost per action) is the method in which you would make money. Someone fills in their details and you get paid. This is opposed to other affiliate stuff like PPS (pay per sale).

You can do both in this case:

PPC -> CPA

Any ppc company advert -> when clicked -> goes to your CPA landing page (this step can be taken out if you are direct linking to an offer) -> from your landing page to the offer.

From there, hopefully your visitor will find what they need, fill in their details and you get a lead which = money.

Like most people, I started out with Google Adsense, was making nothing.. Then discovered affiliate marketing :p

I think u mean CPA or Text/Rich Media Advertisement (or lets say placement advertisement . Adsense is in this category..)

But Adsense is not PPC . Adwords is PPC.. So PPC and CPA are not the alternative of each other..Here is some small terminology confusion ..

I agree with etrader. A lot of people use PPC to make money from CPA's.
You might mean adsense, abrite, etc. not "Adwords" which is PPC.

My advice is pick one and MASTER that shit, then and only then move on to another.
