Try Comment Hut's free version is you want to find good PR blogs and don't mind posting relevant comments. I started with the free version and bought the paid version that gave me about 50 times more blogs

I only comment on a few blogs & only on certain topics. I don't consider it spam, I consider it social marketing & credibility building.ScottHughes said:

Wp-Robot is autoblogging plugin not blog commenting software.
The most well known software for blog commenting is Scrapebox. but lot of money and time should be invested.

Yes!! I have a routine set for commenting on blog post to have backlinks to the site. And according to me it is not a spam because as long as the comment is relevant then it is not a spam otherwise the owner himself delete the comment.
