Do you charge for guest posts?

Hi guys, after reading this I feel like I have charged way too low for some guest posts I have accepted. My site Authority Score is 48 according to Semrush, and I only charged like 20$ for a do-follow link and they provide article. I know that I should have charged more but I just don’t really have time to care much. But from this thread on, I think I’ll charge at least 50$ up. How would you charge for similar site AS like mine? semrush stats below for reference. Thanks

Your site has good metrics but the traffic is a bit low for those numbers.
Is there a reason for that?

Personally, I think your price sounds ok (if he provides a good article), unless there is more data which we aren't being shown.
I know I would never pay somebody $50 (and write them an article) for a guest post on a website getting only 500 Semrush traffic.

If are they creating content or backlink from you site guest post then you can charged a amount.

Thanks for taking a look at my question.

For why my site has little traffic despite the AS, because it was hit by Google update this year and still hasn't recovered yet as I don't have time to focus on it now. I used to get around 7k traffic or something. Talking about google update, any advice on that (I know pagespeed is one factor, other than that, maybe some more quality backlinks?) ? I'm planning to recover it soon.

Thanks again for the kind reply.

If guest post increase in traffic to other website, link to other website in exchange or they want to build their business from this guest post. Then you can charged for this.

If it's a well-developed company then yes, you should charge them.
