Partner program pays per views. Do you buy views on partner program for a profitable return, or do you find out soon after your account gets blocked?

You didn't ask much of a question. I buy partner views for youtube. not sure if i make much of a profit, but it increases my subscribers pretty good.

No! Views are only bought to increase ranking factors so that you can get real views from which you get paid :)

In the past, some suppliers had views which happened to be "monetizable views", but I dont think any supplier went out of there way to sell them specifically.

YouTube really upped their game in the last couple of months, most bought views are no longer counted as monetizable.

I was on a fixed CPM contract in early 2012 with Machinima at $2 CPM and I was buying views for $0.40/k, all of them counted as monetized views. Probably shoulda milked it more before YouTube updated.
