Do you blast your money sites?

Here comes a debate. . . depends. Ask they guys who do Spam Gone Wild and if your money site is somewhat seasoned. .hit it. Ask other guys here they will tell you never do that . . it will get you sandboxed fast.
Personally i think it depends a lot on your current backlink structure and authority of your website, and how many links for how long your going to blast. ..
so to answer your question quickly with noob status. . i'd tell you no don't do it.

a 3y old site, with 3k links - 300 or so unique ips. would you do it?
Btw im getting 20-30 uv , i get no traffic whatsoever if i dont rank on the first page. Super competitive Gambling niche.

i usually do it every now and then, even on a new site..
I got ranked till page 1 but it used to dance from page 1 to getting out of top 100 pages till I built more authority links. So, choice is all yours..

Blast away with scrapebox. This site is old enough, and has enough backlinks that it shouldn't hurt.

If you sat and built a steady stream over an over again to it and kept blasting even after you disappeared . . and you built in on stormy days and bad weather. . and you just kept building and building . .and never quitting and waiting a few months. . .to return triumphant. . Good chance it MIGHT work.

Me personally i would recommend . . no, don't do it. Go out and buy some solid links instead. Furthermore I'd highly recommend that if you were going to go do it. . start reading up on threads here , do your homework. . this kinda path is one i've read and not willing to do.
I'll vouch that i've personally seen a weaker site than yours rank using spam gone wild (who blasts the living shit out of your site with shit links . . . and somehow gets those backlinks indexing). If i knew how they got their indexing . . . .'sigh' if only.

I used Scrapebox huge AA lists on my 15 days money site, but I do many other types links, and now it is rank 1#

I do, even on sites under one year old. I make sure they have good quality content, at least 20 pages of content, link diversity, gradual link building, and high quality backlinks in addition to crappy AA comment links.
With those precautions I haven't been hit by Google despite blasting away at AA lists.

I had a site with roughly the same stats as you. I blasted for a good month straight direct linking. I blasted roughly 5-10 pages all with different keywords. I created roughly 20k new links according to Yahoo Site Explorer at the time, and that's just how many YSE picked up, in reality there were many many more since they just weren't indexed.
In short I say do it, my site bounced all over the place for around 2-3 months and for 2 of those months it completely disappeared. I stopped building links to it since I was discouraged. Then one day I started getting emails of affiliate commission sales, I checked the site and it came back, and came back strong. I'm now sitting in the top 5 spots with all of the pages and with all of the keywords I was targeting.
Here is why I love SEO. People say don't blast it, the links are of bad quality, too many links too fast, inconsistent build rate of the links, I also stopped after the site dropped, they were all blog comment links too.
Tell me how many "rules" I broke but I don't care, what matters is my rankings and right now my site is sitting pretty among stiff competition.

I think a lot of people look for a solid rule of thumb but it just doesn't exist. I've never feared of blasting the money site, and probably point more links there than any of the tiers that point to the money site.
For me, it's all about keeping the sites and comments topical while maintaining a steady growth. Yes, you heard right. If the site is about Chevrolets, I scrape and spin comments relating to Chevrolets and then target sites about cars or transportation. I'm sure that some of you will think that's nuts because it takes more work and means fewer links but I like doing it that way. I find that I get a decent moderated comment rate and while I may not exactly be adding exceptional value to the site, I'm not flooding it with crap.
For most niches, you can't toss 80k links one day and then nothing for weeks only to be surprised that it's dancing around. Build slow and steady at first and then ramp slightly every day/week. Keep it varied if possible.
I'd rather have a site that takes a month or two to hold a decent spot than something that rockets up in a week and then flutters around for 6 months.

Blast it for new website with little visitors. You need a boost for new website first then consistent building. Just remember to have a real useful website, not make for adsense or so.
Btw, if you were to spend over $500 to do spamming / link building, I rather give away an iphone a month to get people dying to share and comment on your page / service.
