Actually, you are the racist. Witchcraft is practised by Africans, Asians, including the Chinese and Indians, middle easterners (you can "buy" charms and spells, etc), the Roma people and various other pretty white looking groups in Europe, South Americans of all stripes and crazy white (and other races) in the USA who believe you can cast spells on people...ever heard of Wicca? What they all have in common is their backwards, non-realistic approach to life. These people look to the mystical for answers to issues that are just doomed to be negative or require more hard work or sacrifice than they are willing or able to give.
So, why is it when I say backwards society, you automatically think ethnicities that are presumably nonwhite? Why is it that you automatically assume I must be a racist? Can you think of no other reason why someone would think the way I do? I believe you are being what we call prejudiced.
You're also stupid bc society doesn't mean anything but "social group". There are societies within countries...cities, towns, suburbs, etc. There are backward societies within the USA, just like there are backwards societies within Africa.
