Where I live superstition is a belief, not sure I'm using the word correctly. But it doesn't matter how well known the business is or how small the company is. All are big on feng shui superstitions.
Let me demonstrate some of the Feng Shui superstition culture from our company.
1,There are always 9 fish in the tank.
——In my part of the world, 9 is an auspicious number, symbolising ‘forever’; ‘water’ means ‘wealth’. It means long-lasting wealth.
——One day I put in a scavenger fish to clean up the rubbish in the bathtub.
——The feng shui was destroyed and that day 50 of my accounts were banned...
2,the left is high and the right is low
——Because feng shui, the left is the Green Dragon position, the Green Dragon side of the high, in order to get the approval of others, the appreciation of the boss, the work can progress smoothly, will not let your plans are easily disrupted.
(Perhaps you'll notice that the left side of my desk has a high screen for this very reason.)
3.lit. sitting north, facing south
——In our country, most of the houses have their front doors facing south because of the rotation of the earth, which will make the rooms very sunny. So there is some scientific reasoning for this as well.
It may sound a bit funny or ignorant, but it's actually just a psychological comfort, people feel that many things are in their favour so that they feel confident when doing things. Do you have any interesting superstitions in your country? Let's share.
