I kinda skeptical with this Binaural Beats. I just play it and ignore it while doing my work.
And after few minutes I feel kinda itchy inside my lung. LOL.

And this, is my favorite beat, I keep playing it everythime i need to finish some work.
I feel focus, relax, with positive mind. And time move fast.

I also installed some Binaural Beats app on my phone. Keep playing it 5 minutes before sleep. And it instant zip my "chatty" mind, and turn out to be zzzzZZZZZZzzzz..

    Cool!

If we see universe and human from quantum perspective. We are nothing more than a bunch of atom's vibrating in certain frequency.

""It's difficult to try to responsibly convey some sense of excitement about what's going on," said UCLA neurophysiologist John Kiebeskind. "You find yourself sounding like people you don't respect. You try to be more conservative and not say such wild and intriguing things, but damn! The field is wild and intriguing. It's hard to avoid talking that way...We are at a frontier, and it's a terribly exciting time to be in this line of work" (7)." -- Quote from source

Binaural beats might have a use for productivity...

OP if you feel sceptical towards it, it won't really have a affect on you. The only way those videos/beats work is if you believe it will. Placebo effect.

You've programmed your subconscious mind to get an itch when you play it. Placebo effect probably.

"believe in" hmmm.. not like an religion. But sound do have a effect on the mind and body.

My mind relaxes/become more focused, when they hit the right frequenzy. Then I can get in "the zone" where I Work much faster/more productive

Any sort of music or sounds can be used as long as you believe it is doing you good. Anything you find helpful along with positive thoughts will have the same effect.

Well, 20 minutes into the video right now and I have checked off a lot of my to-do list.

Won't need to touch work for 4 weeks now technically, but I am a workaholic so that won't be the case.

ASMR you need to focus. If you are in a state of stress. The tingle and high feeling wont come.
