Do Wikipedia links help you rank?

Wiki links give more traffic and live visitors, but they don't pass link juice.
due to the fact that Wikipedia is an authoritative website, more likely these links effect rankings.

Wikipages are better than just a link, but obviously you need a bigger budget and a proper service/business to get a page done.

Wikilinks are good for that bit of diversity and adding authoritiy to your own site as a point of reference.

Interesting info on this thread. Weird, I just never thought about Wiki stuff. Need to look more into it when I have time.

Such links give more authority rather than link juice, better to concentrate on content creation and building links on niche resources using proper anchors and other rules.

If you're looking to increase the domain and sites authority, Wikipedia link is second to none. The next thing on the queue is .edu/.gov links. So those of you the are still stuck on the " no-follow part" you ought to wise up quick or be left behind.
