Do well made mini sites without traffic sell?

Hey BHW,

I have about 5 mini-sites i'm looking to sell, here's how they work:

-WP based, have all necessary plugins (for SEO related stuff, appearance, etc)

-each site has roughly 5 pages of content (500+ word articles), with each page containing a separate but relevant long tail keyword, and each keyword is very easy to compete for (designed for quick ranking, gets roughly 1000-3000 searches a month with very low competition).

-one of the sites is a blog, and has 15 hand written posts containing documentary reviews (all with great insight i may add, this was not intended to be a profited project but rather a legitimate documentary review blog). It gets about 20 visitors a month.

-besides the blogs traffic, the rest of the sites don't get much traffic (50 uniques/month)

-all content on these sites is WELL written. All by me. Nothing spun or written without legitimate insight (native english university student).

-started off with an article marketing campaign that failed.

Anyone think these sites are worth something? I would prefer to sell the package as a whole, but that's probably asking too much. If not, i guess I would just strip the content and sell the articles?

Any info will help! I've taken a look on other sites to try and find relevant information I'm still not sure if I should go through with selling or stripping the site of its content and selling that

Without any traffic or revenue, it will be hard to get a good price for them. That's if they even sell at all.

If these sites are so easy to rank, why not just get them ranking yourself, establish a bit of traffic and revenue, and then flip them? Seems like that would make more sense and you would get way more than stripping the sites and selling a few articles.

Without looking at the sites, hard to tell. They would likely sell, but not sure you would get a price equal to your efforts. Traffic = Money. So essentially what you are selling are 5 mini websites + domains, assuming they are not WP hosted. What could someone reasonable spend to get what you have created. PM me the sites.
