do we think email verification helps to stop bans?

Does anyone have any evidence to suggest that email verifying your twitter account decreases the chances of it being suspended? I want to make 1000 accounts but I really don't want them being email verified on my one domain

You can get a few hundred emails for $5 on fiverr. Some software will handle the conf automatically.

Why not just buy them email verified? Pretty sure sooner or later Twitter will ask you to verify them
