proxy is better than VPN, but with personal purpose, I think it won't be a matter, if your account gets shadowbanned, it will harder to reach people or be famous

Do you for sure get shadowbanned immediately after using it? What about other places like youtube and tiktok?(using Expressvpn for example)

Nope. I think doesn't happen like that. I've used VPN a few times. It didn't happen for me.

You will have some problems with your Instagram account if you use VPN. Try to use 4g proxies only.

Hi,
Most of the VPN IPs are blacklisted on Facebook.
