Do views get cucked for warnings/strikes?

A couple months ago I got a warning for a video, instantly I noticed a decrease in views. Literally 2 weeks later I got a copyright strike. Horrible luck, I know. I'm now approaching the expiration of both my warning and strike and I'm wondering if I'm going to instantly see a jump in views or not? It's been a rough couple months. I've invested into a video editor and I'm barely making any profit. Before the strike/warning I was doing great. Also, this is a shorts channel I'm talking about. Has anyone experienced a strike/warning, got their views cucked then saw an instant boost after they expired? I'm tryna remain hopeful and optimistic but these drops in views is depressing af.
