Do u2bviews/vagex views hurt ranking?

Hi everyone, I have a question for you. I'm still a noob so sorry in advance.

I work with PPD, gaming niche. I use to boost my videos with vagex/u2bviews views, enhanceviews likes and u2bviews comments.
But recently I noticed a slight decrease of my traffic after boosting with those services. In addition to this, I noticed that now most of my clicks come from low paying countries (like Polonia, Venezuela, Brasil..); before boosting, clicks used to come from UK, USA and France.
Is this Vagex/U2bviews fault? Will some high quality views (which come mostly from USA) fix up rankings? Or do I have to re-upload my videos?

i noticed that with enhanceviews videos doing great then i boost and get a decrease in natural views & traffic

u2bviews had multiple cases (writen by users) where using it will rank your videos, use all the features on u2views such as views, likes, favorites, and custom comments for better ranking results.

There have been mixed opinions about this in the past. so not exactly sure.

for me they work just fine.. ofcourse i don't do stupid things and wisely build up by views/likes... slowly and steadily, no big amounts at once

Yep...slow and steady wins the race
@OP, no they won't do much for your rankings. They won't hurt it either

it looks like it works sometimes and other times it has no effect, i only use it for a view boost
