My friend says metaverse will change entire social media << so I should re think about investing time and resources on social media. I thought thats stupid. But if it is true there is point... so I watched 2 YT videos, I still don't get it how metaverse will change or kill social media.

I don't think so.
Well, do you see yourself wearing heavy AR glasses all the time, I mean all the time? Can AR replace your smartphone?

I can be pretty sure that it is not my thing, maybe i'm just too old for that and younger generations probably will adopt to it later on, but it is not going to be a mainstream anytime soon.
