Recently one of my EMD domain was penalized ! Everyone know Emd 301 redirect don`t work ! My idea is buy not Emd domain, take out all content from EMD domain and move to new domain and all back links to new domain ! I have all control over my back links ! Do this will work to get back website ?
Do this will work for EMD penalty ?

Not entirely clear on what you are asking, but seen as your EMD has been penalized, give it a go and let us know the results. Nothing to lose!

you have to delete all the links and then you have to wait until Google de index the site. Then you can add those things in your new site and start working again.

Ive been trying something similar with hit EMD's and combining similar niches into broader sites but google's taking ages to deindex the original content.
I deleted the pages and put a a disallow in htaccess for googlebot but its over a month i think now and google cache still shows the content.
Maybe im too impatient.

It bullshit from Google about quality and spam ! You can see on My profile i Have -1 ! I get -3 because i try to post on BHW example ... what crap spam page Google was displaying after EMD update ! Why then Google cannot recognize spam, but BHW can ? G lays about user experience, there is one big measurement for all pages AVG time on site if it is HIGH then page or website is Good !
From one Point i`m happy about all this stupid Updates ! If you give correct algorithm juice - you can get new website up in 1-3 weeks, normally it would take 1-2month hit 1 page !
In my ky word .... BING VS GOOGLE ! Bing have much more relevant pages then in Google !

after google emd update i can see results are more poor than before a a lot of not relevant pages are on top now,what u wait ,click on adwords,is what they want
