do they stop checking

okay a video i posted yesterday just got upto 400 REAL vews,
it's stuck on 400 but i know i'm still getting hits because i'm getting comments and stuff...

it was on 350 views about an hour ago, now it's shot up to 400...
are youtube still checking views even after the sticking point?
or is everyones stuff lagging?

after 300 views I think it keeps checking if it's real views or not (it updates very slowly compared to the 30s update below 300 views)
