I clicked the links and nothing interesting, just a simple article full of ads that probably converts 1 out of 10000 times.
They don't even leak onlyfans packs, they don't offer any quality content and hope to convert offers by miracle. Really weak method tbh

Only they themselves can tell whether they making money from this or not. Also, why would they do it through multiple accounts if it is not making money for them? They probably monetize with some low paying ads or CPA links. The website is full of adult ads. If you use an extension like wappalyzer you will be able see what ad network they are using.
