Do you think they will keep climbing and is there a way to change the name even though we have over 200 likes?

No you cannot change the name, and nothing is promising. If you do the work, your page will continue to grow no matter what. It's not like if you keep your page active and post on your page that your page will decline.

I changed the name of my Facebook page last week (with over 400 likes) on the main edit screen - It just needed to be verified by Facebook before it was actually changed (took 2-3 days).
